These elegant English cottage style homes were designed for a community with specific style requirements that required a more elevated design. The community also has fairly small lots and the builder wanted to maximize the usable space. Finally, there is a community park across the street and the builder wanted the homes to be designed more front-centric with outdoor spaces and patios facing the view of the park. Although the parameters were challenging, it was a fun problem to solve for Birdsong and we believe the final product will make a very special home for someone.
