This Hill Country Farmhouse Home was designed as a spec home for Guido Construction on a lot in the desirable Frieden Community in Fredericksburg, Texas. The community has very specific architectural guidelines and the design had to be approved by their architectural review. This home has large open concept living areas with views out to the rear and the main living areas have a 12 foot high ceiling. The master suite is large and also has views out to the rear. Birdsong Design Group created the architectural design and graphics/marketing package for the builder.
