This Coastal Mixed Use Project was designed for a developer in Aransas Pass, Texas. The developer wanted the design to be true to the Coastal style and wanted to maximize the size of the building on the lot. The city council of Aransas Pass has to review and approve any new commercial projects and a submittal package and presentation was required. This lot was also in a flood area and required coordination with a civil engineer. Birdsong was able to create a design that was approved by the city council and met all of the needs of the developer. Birdsong Design Group created the architectural design, landscape design, graphics/submittal package and facilitated the city council approval process for this project.
